- Reservation Policy: All reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our official channels. Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of complete full payment.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 02:00 – 09:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Payment Policy: Payment for accommodation and any additional services must be settled upon check-in unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept major credit cards and cash payments in the local currency.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 0 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a full refund. Completely Non Refundable but Rebook-able with a Fee.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or violates local laws will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, including but not limited to property damage, theft, or excessive cleaning fees. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest’s Security Deposit on file.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the condotel. Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
- Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed.
- Liability: Apes Management Luxurious Condotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or property damage.
- Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our guests and are committed to protecting their personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
