Guest access

Swimming pools:

Pre-registration via the host/property manager is required for the use of the swimming pools. A corresponding fee of PHP 150.00 per guest shall be charged on regular days and PHP 300.00 per guest shall be charged during holidays. Swimming pool operating hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Parking:

On-site parking starts at PHP 300.00 per day and is subject to availability.
Parking on the street outside Hope Residences is free.

Function area:

Pre-registration via the host/property manager is required and is subject to availability.
A corresponding fee shall be charged.

    House Rules
    • No Loud Noise, music or Parties. (PENALTY: PHP 1,000)
    • Lost Key (PENALTY: PHP 800)
    • Check-in on time: (Check-in time is 2-9PM)
    • Check-out on time: (Check-out time is 12PM)
    • Late Check-in 9pm onwards, is possible with extra fee for our Host transpo. (Additional Php300)
    • Any Damaged/loss Furniture will be subject to penalties.
    • No Smoking, Strictly no drugs and other Paraphernalia. (PENALTY: PHP 2,000)
    • Maximum of 4 Pax only
    • Please Maintain the cleanliness at all times.
    • Do not forget to turn off the electricity when
    • leaving the unit.
    • In any cases, you bring home our towels
    • Penalty is PHP 500.
    • Towel, Sheets and Wall Stain Penalty PHP 1,500.
    • As we value each one of our unit, Please Don’t leave our unit with unwashed dishes PENALTY PHP 200.

    OBSERVE EXTRA CARE TO GLASSES & MIRRORS (PENALTY PHP 20,000)

    Please Maintain cleanliness at all times.
